Longmont

The City of Longmont is a home rule municipality located in Boulder and Weld counties, Colorado, United States. Longmont is an ideal place to live and play, with a range of housing options, lower home prices compared to nearby Boulder, and an abundance of recreation opportunities, cultural attractions, and exciting events. Living in Longmont offers residents a dense suburban feel, and most residents own their own homes. In Longmont, there are a lot of coffee shops and parks. Many families and young professionals live in Longmont.

Niwot

Niwot is a beautiful family town with an incredible community, local shop support, festivals, summer concerts, and grade school play and productions. It is well-kept, environmentally friendly, and has a 'small-town feel.' Niwot is a suburb of Denver with a population of 4,085. Niwot is in Boulder County and is one of the best places to live in Colorado. Living in Niwot offers residents a sparse suburban feel, and most own their homes.

Denver

Nicknamed the Mile High City for its 5,280-foot elevation (although officially reported as 5,279 feet), Denver's location at the base of the Rocky Mountains provides a gateway to a slew of outdoor pursuits, although it is probably best known for its devout ski and snowboard enthusiasts.  Museums include the Denver Art Museum, an ultramodern complex known for its collection of indigenous works, and the mansion of famed Titanic survivor Molly Brown. Denver is also a jumping-off point for ski resorts in the nearby Rocky Mountains. According to the US News and World Report lost on Best Places to Live In 2020-2021, Denver, CO stood at number 2. Denver's job market is booming, and the city is also an urban space in a lush outdoor jungle. Many Denverites are out-of-state transplants, which results in the area having a mix of people. Most of Denver's residents are open-minded and have led the metro area to many progressive milestones.

Cherry Creek

Cherry Creek is an affluent residential district with a vibrant shopping scene. Overlooking the creek, Cherry Creek Mall has department stores, high-end fashion boutiques, and eclectic eateries. North of the mall, chain restaurants, relaxed cafes, and chic cocktail lounges line the surrounding streets, which are also home to small contemporary art galleries. Cherry Creek Trail is popular with cyclists. Living in Cherry Creek offers residents an urban feel, and most rent their homes. In Cherry Creek, there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals and retirees live in Cherry Creek, and residents tend to be liberal. The public schools in Cherry Creek are above average.
