Living in Lafayette offers residents a sparse suburban feel; most residents own their homes. In Lafayette, there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Lafayette, Colorado, is known for the Lafayette Peach Festival, celebrating the world-famous Palisade, Colorado Peaches. Lafayette is also known for its charming downtown area.

The City of Louisville is a home rule municipality located in southeastern Boulder County, Colorado, United States. Louisville has the distinction of repeatedly being named one of the top 100 places to live in the United States.

Niwot is a beautiful family town with an incredible community, local shop support, festivals, summer concerts, and grade school play and productions. It is well-kept, environmentally friendly, and has a 'small-town feel.' Niwot is a suburb of Denver with a population of 4,085.

Denver's location at the base of the Rocky Mountains provides a gateway to a slew of outdoor pursuits, although it is probably best known for its devout ski and snowboard enthusiasts.  Museums include the Denver Art Museum, an ultramodern complex known for its collection of indigenous works, and the mansion of famed Titanic survivor Molly Brown.
